2nd Day Hong Kong

So the 1st day passed by and waking up in the morning with nothing much to do. I told my girlfriend of 7 years that we should get something to eat. I was so famished. We searched for information on the web and found that a restaurant was worth our mouth. We took a cab to Mongkok which probably is around 15 minutes ride from our hotel. There was a long beeline of queue outside the restaurant and we are thinking this must be good.

Actually this restaurant is all over Hong Kong but it seems like this outlet is better than the rest. It’s probably up to you to decide on the standard. Though the ever adventurous person in terms of food, we find it probably just ok.

My eyes gleamed with surprise when I spotted this desert store from afar and quickened my footstep to my only focus ahead. I know I can’t give this famous dessert joint a miss and have to visit when in HK. I didn’t have to specifically allocate a time for this because you can find it in many places all around HK and true enough, we did.

These are to-die-for sweet treats especially for mango lovers like me! Took away a Mango with sago in fresh mango juice and continued our walk in Ladies Market district. Verdict: Perfect combination of fresh mango, sago pearls and juice instantly brightened me up and became one of the best drink I’ve ever had. So good it makes me so happy!

We have a long night of walk in Ladies Market and my girlfriend was so thrilled with all the merchandised on offer but I was like thinking why must everything be repeated!

We used up our remaining energy to head back for an early rest.
